Just a sidenote from me - I think Docusaurus has an option to display last update date od document automatically though not sure if that would fulfill any legal requirements. More here. We could set it up instead of adding this by hand? FYI @mnmkng

Thanks for the suggestion, but manually is fine. I don't want to get into a situation where a change of a typo or some whitespace would change the temporal validity of our terms 😅

Yeah that makes sense, I half suspected that there is a reason for manual but just wanted to highlight the possibility :D
