Update MCP server implementation #651
Description
Currently our MCP server which we have implemented for the 6.0 release is based on logiscape/mcp-sdk-php. With the introduction of the official mcp/sdk we should switch to this implementation. We do not need to migrate immediately since the new SDK is also not completed and needs some work but eventually we should migrate to this SDK.
