API documentation links are broken

Some API documentation links are broken, here is the list of the ones that I've found:

• Kernel API documentation
• AragonApp API documentation
• Forwarders and EVMScripts API documentation

Please, if there are others API doc links, ensure those are working correctly as well.

Oops, this is likely because we didn't generated the aragonOS docs properly with solidity-docgen. @0xGabi did you get solc set up on docker?

You are right I edit the script to publish, we discuss it with Daniel and we thought aragonOS docs were not updated. We were wrong 😟, I'm working to publish from linux with solc@v4.24
