As discussed in a forum post, Arches has internationalisation and multilingual functionality, but it's not currently possible to display all string language data, e.g. have the UI localised to French but have the ability to view the English and French stored string data, thus Arches is monolingual for viewing data. For more in-depth information see the forum post: https://community.archesproject.org/t/modelling-and-displaying-multilingual-data-at-the-same-time-in-arches/2958.
As mentioned by @chrabyrd, it'd be good to add a config option that allows a user to choose to display all, or a subset, of string language data. This would make Arches bi- or multilingual in terms of viewing data.
