Where's the build script for ctags and arduino-builder? #15

Looks like If I wanted to rebuild this and bundle it into Arduino.app, I'd need to package it into arduino-builder-macosx-1.4.3.tar.bz2, along with arduino-builder and some other tools -- but I can't figure out where the build script for that is. For avrdude there's a repo called avrdude-build-script, and it has a packaging script called package-avrdude.bash. Is there an equivalent for this somewhere?
To make this an issue rather than a question, it would be nice if there were a readme here explaining how this is packaged into the app.
