I'm not sure what the ACs are for this PR since there is no description. There only seem to be CI and test related changes, no chart changes.
@pgvishnuram Is this just to bootstrap CI on our new fork of 1.15? Can you update the ticket description?
FWIW all the changes in here do seem fine if all we're doing is fixing tests and adding CI.
