This change ensures that updating the privacy of a broadcast doesn't disallow embedding. This prevents the streams from being blocked from being embedded on ausoceantv
This was decided to be the issue, as no stream before Feb 11 was blocked from embedding, but most after Feb 11 were. The PR for post live privacy (#450) was merged on Feb 7, and was probably deployed a few days after.
