Test more configurations on CI

Ideally we could fill this table:

	osx	linux
native	x	x
cuda
opencl

[MichaelHirn]

Given the recent issue ( #61 ) I would propose we could also add Windows to that matrix.

CI solutions could be:

1. Appveyor & Travis to support at least with native
2. or set up a dedicated CI server on AWS/Azure (as proposed by reem in chore/osx: support building on os x and test this on travis #59 )
