- Add Vulkan backend for Intel Arc/AMD GPU acceleration; remove DirectML
- Upgrade LLamaSharp and backends to v0.25.0 (Vulkan, CUDA12)
- Improve hardware detection, especially for Intel Arc VRAM
- Update UI: unified backend status, error messages in catalog
- Refine model catalog org grouping (Meta, Microsoft, Google first)
- Update Qwen model orgs/descriptions; comment out BitNet 2B
- Improve DB error handling for custom models
- Bump dependency versions for .NET 8/9 compatibility
- Update manifests, README, and release notes for new features
