How to disable OTLP receivers or overwrite ports for them?

I'm using cloudwatch-agent in EKS deployed within observability addon. I want to disable both OTLP receivers on ports 4315 and 4316. Is there any config value so I can use it and disable these processes?

And another question - is it possible to overwrite the ports for these processes?
