Q Business: Add L1 Constructs

Describe the feature

I'd like to be able to use L1 constructs to provision and configure Q related resources. It looks like these resources can be provisioned via CloudFormation, so I'm assuming it should be possible to add L1 constructs.

Use Case

There are several Q related resources I'd like to use CDK to provision and configure. As of right now, I'm using the console to create these resources, but much rather use CDK.

The L1 constructs have been generated two days ago in #30037, and should be available in https://github.com/aws/aws-cdk/releases/tag/v2.140.0. See docs
