Introduces a text-only mode to the existing ECS Express Mode service commands. Text-only mode can be enabled via using the
--mode TEXT-ONLYflag with theecs monitor-express-gateway-servicecommand, or via using the--monitor-mode TEXT-ONLYand--monitor-resourcesflags with theecs create-express-gateway-service,ecs update-express-gateway-service, orecs delete-express-gateway-servicecommands.This contains changes from the following PRs:
