Description of changes:
A recent addition of a feature that adds case-sensitivity handling now lists out all files in the target directory prior to downloading during
s3 cpcalls. This results in a significant performance degradation when copying to large local directories as we now are listing all files in that directory and emitting warnings.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
