Unable to drop attachment to specific position or reposition existing attachment

This may be feature request rather than an issue, so I can move to discussions if necessary.

When dragging an attachment (in my case an image) into Lexxy, it's only possible to add it to the end of the editor. The natural expectation is to be able to specify the drop point when dragging in. Similarly I would expect to be able to reposition an existing attachment by dragging and dropping.

@lylo I found that if you position your cursor between existing rows of text you can drag/drop the image within the text, but you have to hit a pretty exact spot over the cursor otherwise it drops it in lower.

In Safari dragging to reposition an existing image is creating a duplicate for me. I think it's treating it like a new image being drag/dropped in. And again, if you first position your cursor where you want the image, then drag over that you can create the duplicate in the right place before deleting the original. But that's not exactly an ideal workflow.

I think using the cursor as a drop indicator is required. In Safari I don't see any cursor at all when trying to drop.

Another nuance: how to delete a photo or file from the editor using a smartphone? It would be great if there was a button with a cross for deleting attachments, like in Trix
