That's what
docs/changelog.mdlinks to. Could also link todocs/changelog.mdinstead if you prefer...I guess this file should be called
.mdand not.txtas it contains markdown rather than plain text, but I could be wrong about that. I guess.txtworks as the content is rendered as markdown...
