use WSL SSH agent in Windows

Hi,

i want to opposite ;-)
i use the ssh-agent inside wsl 1 and want to use the keys in Windows Applications like vscode
the reason is, that there is no good ssh agent that supports ECDSA-CERT
is there a way?
