create new release with b2vapi

From my point of view the b2vapi branch is now on same the level as the master branch. So I guess we can merge it and create a new release.

Or are you missing anything?

Let me do some tests and also prepare a PR for home assistant...

I will also do some test, especially for the new binary sensors and lock which are now merged in HA dev.
@ChristianKuehnel, are you already releasing the b2vapi on Pypi, or should I call the Github repo from Dependencies?

And I created a PR with the new version for Home Assistant: home-assistant/core#13305
