Fix build by forking update-to-head

Fork the update-to-head from upstream

• change git clone to use https Update update-to-head.sh pyroscope/pyrocore#117
• change root check Update update-to-head to include an override for docker builds pyroscope/pyrocore#122 (this fork just removes it)

update docker and install file to override the upstream update-to-head

the container now builds

I'm running this now, it would seem the autoload directory in rutorrent changed to /usr/share/webapps/rutorrent/php/share/torrents
as it now complains about not being able to write in it, but that would seem like a minnor bug that could be fixed by changing the rutorrent config back to rutorrent/torrents
