Change favicon for new messages in web app

I was surprised to see that the favicon doesn't change when a new message came in.
This would be really helpful when you missed the sound, because you were away from the computer.

E.g. something like:

[binwiederhier]

This is done in fe6ee1e. I didn't want to do the number because that would cover so much of the logo.
