InSilicoSeq verison 2.0 #166
Description
The recent release of InSilicoSeq v 2.0 is changing the output of simulated sequences in the seq subcommand. Consequently, tests in test_seq.py are failing. We should investigated what is causing the differences in output and update tests where appropriate.
