Better setup-cards handling

Right now we bombard the user with setup-cards/warnings at app startup. We could show them one after another instead?

I've always thought about this, and it's hard to fix without an intro screen... I don't know which is the best method to not overload the user when the app is first accessed.

Can't we make a card which changes content based on whether the user has granted the permission/changed the setting? Without fancy animations. They would not need to be able to skip them either, but do the required action to go through them in order of most important to least important.

So maybe just the order they are in already:

1. Allow Calendar access
2. Notification permission
3. Battery optimization
4. Auto-Revoke permissions

That would also be a fix, but priorities are hard to establish...

Because okay, calendar access is the main one, but then maybe I don't want notifications, but I do want to disable battery optimizations. And maybe auto-revoke is more important than notifications, but it's harder to configure, and people may not disable it, which would cause some of them to simply not know there are notifications...

Hmm, yes you are right about that. Maybe we should really just introduce a single intro screen at that point?

Maybe we can just have a single intro screen with multiple switch buttons. It would be simple enough, and use its purpose. Then the only remaining question is whether to keep the warnings on the app when not accepted in the intro, or just skip them?
