Could we add support for oneplus special edl loaders?

oneplus have leaked loaders some times, this time is oneplus 13 and a big leak for almost all qualcomm device, but it need to pass what is called vip process to enable read/write command.

I have 8elite and 8gen2 can be a test device, all of the tools works for windows, ( I can read partitions fine)
