It is with great regret inform that this library has not yet implements V0 transaction compile.

Tx v0 with lookup table need a special account key index compile which implements in solana/web3.js/message/v0.ts

When solnet is created, there is no V0 Tx yet. and creator of solnet is dissappeared. It's maintained by community now.

What I've done before is adding system lookup table program instructions

Tx V0 compile need lot of work and hope there is enough contribute in the future
