[bndtools editor] Error on renamed bnd file

• I created a file cnf/includes/adempiere.bnd
• I opened the file and edited it.
• I used Eclipse' refactoring to rename it to cnf/includes/idempiere.bnd. Editor remained open.
• Later went back and edited it again.
• Got the following error when attempting to save:
  
  It's still got the old filename cached.

Update: It looks like the save actually worked - when I closed and re-opened it my changes were there.
