Issue while running dev mode

Hello!. Thank you for your template. When I try to run bot in dev mode, I get error "Invalid type: Expected "polling" | "webhook" but received undefined". I was launching the bot strictly following the instructions in reademe.

@oooozzzzz ,I think you should to switch your node to 21.7 version because a process.loadEnvFile() method was introduced at 21.7. Take a look at https://nodejs.org/api/process.html#processloadenvfilepath

I just switched to dotenv package instead.
