Add ability to not count ignored aur updates

i currently have two packages whose updates i want to ignore via IgnorePkg entries in /etc/pacman.conf these updates are still shown on the counter, even tough paru skips their updates.

I would love to see them either being not shown by default or have an option to not show them.
and paru -Qua can detect if their updates are ignored:

$ paru -Qua
linux-cachyos 6.12.10-1 -> 6.13.0-1 [ignored]
linux-cachyos-headers 6.12.10-1 -> 6.13.0-1 [ignored]

Hello, sorry for the delay, I'm very busy. I'll check how to skip the ignored package and add the fix to the next release.

Hey sorry for the late response, I have been pretty busy this year.

Since paru is the only helper that actually show ignored packages, I'm not implementing a filter for now.

In your case, you can use grep -v or similar to achieve what you want:

paru -Qua | grep -v '\[ignored\]' | wc -l
paru -Qua | grep -v '\[ignored\]'

Hey, I found that yay -Sua --print | grep -c '^aur/' take the conf file into account, so I guess this is the same for paru is this a good option for you if I set the default cmd to this one? For paru you just have to change yay to paru.
