[Nix] Error: no such command: `+stable`...

Creating this issue since there has been no updates since the last comment was written in #279 .

What are the rest of us, who happens to install cargo from our system managers (Nix in my situation), supposed to do to get rustic-babel to work as expected?

Basic information:

• Emacs Version: GNU Emacs 30.0.50 (build 1, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.24.36, cairo version 1.16.0)
• Distro: NixOS
• Cargo: installed from rust-overlay. (Nix overlay)

I use nixos and I'm able to use the rustic-babel features. But I'm using rustup from nixpkgs to handle all my installations.

It's not a Nix specific issue, it's only becomes an issue when you install cargo through your system package manager rather than rustup.
