Signed up for an account and got a 500 error

The only thing I can think of that's out of the ordinary is that I always sign up with a unique email (using gmail's +alias syntax). (Just did a signup without and still crashes)

Tried to signup with "test@mailinator.com" and a simple password and still crashes. Feels like the whole signup is just broken for everyone.
