I've found this project very useful to convert dreamcraft3D dense meshes into easily render-able meshes. Unfortunately, it also does not preserve the meshes UV map, making it impossible to apply textures to it. Is there a way to preserve/reconstruct this UV map so that textures can still be used? Or is there some other process I could use to convert the meshes into a more render-able format while still preserving UV maps?
