Summary
Problem
Menu items in the Workflow History failed & pending items menus, and in the Workflow Actions menus, did not stretch to fill the entire menu container. This led to them being only partially clickable.
Solution
Fix the styling of the menu item buttons in both menus to allow them to fill the entire container
Test plan
Ran locally.
