Add new CPUID of Arrow Lake to CPUID script for Ubuntu certification test

Hi Ubuntu,

We're now running Ubuntu certification on Intel Arrow Lake platform, but seems there is no correct ID for my CPU, the CPUID I used is 0xc0652, below is the error message:

CPU Model: Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 7 255H
Unable to determine CPU Family for this CPUID: 0xc0652

Could you help on this?
