nmcli require authorization to run under a non GUI session. Other wireless testing relying on nmcli is already running with root. So this commit only align the setup as the other wireless/nmcli based tests

nmcli require authorization to run under a non GUI session. Other wireless testing relying on nmcli is already running with root. So this commit only align the setup as the other wireless/nmcli based tests
