Self-explanatory – content requests provide a common use case for images both at the end of a tiered list and for list items.

@lyubomir-popov @kim-isaac Could I get your input please for how we want images to sit alongside CTAs? In the screenshots above, there are examples both with and without CTAs present. Also, am I correct in thinking we decided to go without the rule above the CTA block at the end? Also, feedback in general about adding images to the tiered list, in case there are any objections.

Some work on this was started in #5503 where the image can be displayed before or after the tiered list description.

Here, I only see section-level tiered list images at the end of the pattern - should they also be possibly at the top?
