Define and document personas

Description

• Figure out and describe personas
  • Cover different roles: user (operator), content developer (contributor), core contributor
• Publish it on our website (maybe in Community subsection) - figure it out

Reason

We should have in a mind target personas to properly document different features, write getting-started guide and tutorials and blog posts.
