This PR adds
net6.0support for Windsor. It's a fairly light-touch implementation, there's not a huge amount of (any?) specific code, other than handling different package versions for the various target frameworks (net462;netstandard2.0;net6.0). As discussed in #621.WIP, there's a few bits I'd like to tweak still (the README if nothing else as still refers to Framework 4.5). Creating PR now to check tests are playing ball.
