Fractional scaling on Wayland breaks window decorations #86

See title. Attached screenshots using catppuccin mocha red and the default breeze.

Scaling is set to 125% on the primary monitor (27 inch, 1440p) and 100% on the secondary monitor (24.5 inch, 1080p). Moving the window to the secondary monitor fixes the decorations. I assume this means the theme just isn't meant to scale window decorations? Would updating it fix this?
