Block all except bypassed apps and IPs is a Universal (global) firewall rule, while disabling/enabling WiFi/Mobile is a per-app rule. There is no overlap, except for the fact that, if an IP/domain is "trusted" (either per-app or globally), or if an app is setup to "Bypass Universal" or "Bypass DNS and Firewall", then the app's connections will go through (depending only on its other app-specific/per-app rules). A bit tedious, but to check if everything that NOT bypassed / allowed / trusted explicitly (apps, IPs, domains), you can monitor the Network or DNS UIs in Configure -> Logs. At some point down the line, we want to merge Universal (global) rules into per-app rules, but it is complicated enough task that we may never prioritize it over other feature requests. |

"Block all except bypassed” doesn't disable WiFi/Data icons.
Can this be fixed so that we know what is disabled and what not?
Thanks!
