"Block all except bypassed” doesn't disable WiFi/Data icons. Can this be fixed so that we know what is disabled and what not?

I think what the user is after is for Rethink to show some form of feedback in the Configure -> Apps UI when "Block all except apps and IPs" is turned ON. May be we disable the "Firewall rules for this app" card view, and gray out the various icons for per-app rules, etc.
