Should legend titles be omitted by default?

I'm not sure. The way we are doing it now is letting ggplot do its standard thing. People are accustomed to this, know how it works. I'm not sure how easy it will be to start messing around with it. 

We could set `legend.title=element_blank()` in our theme, but then it would be harder to get the title back in case you want it.
