Replace chaotic-kf5-dummy to remove it smoothly for the kf6 release

chaotic-kf5-dummy can be dropped earlier if the following packages are dropped or updated.

• calamares-git
• kdenlive-stabledeps-git
• kwinft
• polkit-dumb-agent-git

Also, if the package is built by toolbox, replaces would be removed.

That's a good point! We could likely work around that by adding another interfere containing the replaces?

Kwinft seems to be superseded by another project: https://github.com/winft/theseus-ship

Don't add another interfere. Remove the replaces statement. Then it can be added when building the package manually.

Looks like KF6 is in extra now... I'll remove the provides from chaotic-kf5-dummy.
