I did remove the api hook too yesterday. So need to restore that too. |

Its how Travis gets notified about pushes. I'll create PR for releasing through actions, so we don't need that. |

I setup GitHub Actions in #402, but was too hasty in removing the
.travis.ymlfile. We still need it for releases
