REQ: implement independend dark/Lightmode for GUI / Windows

right now the application only relies on Windows Theme
if Windows App-Mode is Light, the App is in Light too
if Windows App-Mode is Dark, the App is in Dark too

the App in Dark-mode is for some people (like me), using it since early v1, impossible to work in.

please implement smth like

it's not on you, but for the people/users to choose/decide..
