App quits when typing q in filter

Reproduction

Any filter with q will terminate the app

Just ran into this myself on 0.14.1

Fixed in v0.14.2. Global keybindings (q, ?, R, P, etc.) were intercepting keypresses before the filter input could handle them. Thanks @tbnguyen1407 and @mwtrigg for reporting!
