Document sub-command only

It would be nice to have a way to document only sub-commands. A short workaround is to use:
```rst
.. click:: commands.sub:sub
  :prog: cli sub
```
Where this point to the specific `command` instead of the group. The issue is that it does not easily show the parent's options.
