Move groups to the sidebar and figure out how to navigate from group page to all the groups

Based on the discussion, maybe we can put the group to the side menu instead of a tab.

User might got confused at first sight of this tab wondering what's it for, since we don't display a strong connection between groups and resources right now.

Once group becomes "community" and has more features, maybe we can move it back to be a part of tab.

Add a breadcrum on the top to navigate between individual Group ==> Groups
