[Feature Request] Playlist - When saving playlist, open to file folder by default #1810

Description
Could you please put in, what I'm sure is a massive backlog, the following?
In playlist, Right-click > Save As... to open the folder the file is located at by default.
It would make creating playlists a bit more convenient.
