Add option to exclude a language from the "Incomplete Language Coverage" rule #36
Description
The "Incomplete Language Coverage" checks the coverage for all the languages of the thesaurus. I would like to be able to exlude one or more languages from this check, because I know they are incomplete at 90% and they are bloating the report with error messages, hiding real problems in other languages.
