Implement a floating "Scroll to Bottom" button , visible when users scroll up, allowing them to quickly navigate to the bottom of the page with a smooth scrolling effect. This feature enhances user experience by providing easy access to the latest content or comments, especially useful on long pages. Ensure the button is responsive, non-intrusive, and customizable to match the platform's design.
