📚 Description
This PR adds the
react/create-element-to-jsxcodemod fromreact-codemodto our repository. It also integratesreact-utilsfromreact-codemodinto our project tooling. After adding these tools, the code has been formatted using Prettier to ensure consistency across the project.🔗 Linked Issue

The changes were tested by running the
create-element-to-jsxcodemod on the relevant codebase and ensuring that it correctly convertsReact.createElementcalls to JSX syntax
