chat with ai create file failed on macos

when chat with ai ,if answer create file,the default path is '/' which is not write able on macos,so file unable create.default path should project active directory

i am using ubuntu , it always failed to create file, i actually cant remember did it ever successfully created a file or never. even for file editing it is very unreliable. it updates file sometimes, but there are more chances failed to updates
